Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy — 1:1 Content Strategy Session Thank you for booking your 1:1 Content Strategy Session with J.Odell Production. To ensure a high-quality experience for all clients, please review the following policy before confirming your session: 1. Scheduling & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Sessions are confirmed once payment has been received. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to approval and may require an additional fee. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the personalized nature of this session, all bookings are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, you may reschedule once within 14 days of your original date. Failure to attend without prior notice will be considered a no-show and forfeits the session. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your session time may be reduced or rescheduled at the discretion of the facilitator. 5. Confidentiality All strategies and materials discussed during your session are confidential and intended solely for your personal or brand use. Sharing or distributing these materials is prohibited. /6. Preparation Please complete your Pre-Session Intake Form at least 24 hours before your appointment to maximize your time and ensure a focused session.
